TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please take a few minutes to review these terms and conditions. Your room reservation constitutes your agreement to follow these terms and conditions and to be bound by them.
Peppercorn Beach Resort reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these terms and conditions whenever you make a reservation or use our website.
1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to room rate or rate plan. Please check the rate conditions or policies when selecting your room, either sold as Standard or Non-refundable booking.
Standard room booking cancellation:
a) Any cancellation or modification received up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
b) Any cancellation or modification received after the 5 days prior to arrival and/or failure to arrive at your scheduled time will be treated as a No-Show and the total price of the reservation will be charged.
c) If you need to cancel or make amendment to your booking, please email us at info@peppercornbeach.com with your name and booking reference.
Non-refundable room booking cancellation:
a) This is non-refundable and non-cancellation booking and guest will be charged a 100% prepayment of the total price of the reservation at any time.
No-Show will incur a charge of the full amount of the reservation regardless of booking type.
2. Rates
All the rates given are at the discretion of Peppercorn Beach Resort Management, and may be revised at anytime (except for a confirmed booking), upon Peppercorn Beach Resort's decision, without any notice. Room rates are for one room for one night including breakfast and inclusive of all other applicable charges (unless otherwise stated).
3. Child Policy and Extra Bed
Children under 5 sharing their parents' bed stay free of charge.
A rollaway bed for a child aged up to 12 is US$15 per night, and for an adult US$20 per night, inclusive of breakfast. Rollaway beds are available on request, subject to availability, in every room type except the Garden Family room.
Baby cots are provided free of charge for children up to 3 years old, subject to availability and upon request.
4. Annual Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve Buffet Dinner
There is a compulsory Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve BBQ buffet dinner, with a live local band, for guests staying with us on the nights of 24 and 31 December. The price for this dinner evening is US $40 per adult and US $25 per child. Children 5 years and under are free. The buffet dinner charge will be included in the reservation. If an extra adult or child is added to the booking, additional charge will be collected by the hotel upon check-in.

5. Transfers / Shuttle Service
Transfers are for hotel guests only. Prices are per vehicle, each way:
- Airport or ferry dock: VND 650,000 (7-seater) / VND 550,000 (4-seater)
- Duong Dong: VND 550,000 (7-seater) / VND 450,000 (4-seater)
A 7-seater suits up to 4 adults with luggage. Return airport transfers are free for direct bookings of 5 nights or more.
6. Check in, Check out and Reservation Extensions
Check-in time is 14:00, and check-out time is 11:00.
If your arrival is early in the day and you prefer immediate access to your room before 14:00, we recommend reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the hotel. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your luggage for free and make our facilities available for you to freshen up subject to availability.
Extension of check out time is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
- Check out until 18:00: 50% of the prevailing rates
- Check out after 18:00: 100% of the prevailing rates
Extensions will require a new reservation for the additional date(s) and will be subject to availability and prevailing rates.
7. Cancellation by Us:
Peppercorn Beach Management may be obliged to cancel your reservation due to circumstances beyond our control. These may be for reasons of force majeure (natural disaster, government actions, closure of airport, war, riots, strikes, disasters, technical problems, etc). In such cases, Peppercorn Beach Management shall inform guests directly without delay and shall offer guests the choice of alternative dates or a full refund of all and any money paid.
8. Third Party Service Provider:
Peppercorn Beach may make arrangements with other provider partners, transportation companies, local tours, and other independent parties to provide you with the travel arrangements. These parties are independent suppliers over whom Peppercorn Beach Management have no direct control and shall not be liable in the event of any failure by any person or company to render such services.
Peppercorn Beach cannot be held responsible for any claim, losses, or damages for properties, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, upset and disappointment, distress or frustrations, whether physical or mental, resulting from any act or omission of any independent party providing services. Peppercorn Beach Management shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that organisations providing services maintain standards which are acceptable within the norm.
9. Inaccuracy Disclaimer:
From time to time there may be information on our web site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your booking).
10. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. By accessing the website or providing information, you agree to our privacy practices.
We will only use, disclose and/or transfer your personal data for the purposes you have been notified of and consented to or which are permitted under applicable laws and regulations.
We will not sell, rent or give away personal data to third parties for commercial purposes without your consent.
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure.
